My journey with Deepika began during one of the darkest phases of my life. I sought therapy from her when I felt lost, abandoned, and overwhelmed by despair. Those sessions became my safe space, where I could express my deepest fears without judgment.
Deepika's patience, compassion, and insights helped me find strength within myself. She reminded me that seeking help is not weakness but a brave step toward healing. Her guidance gave me the courage to confront my insecurities and believe in my worth and happiness.

Before I began the therapy two very close people recommended Deepika but initially I was obnoxious  about me taking therapy but when I booked my first session just to see how things will unfold I felt a safe place  where I can talk about anything and everything there was no fear of judgment Gradually she made me face my fears  and work on them I lost a loved one years back and had no idea i still hold onto that pain she not only made me help unclog it but also accept it with all my heart and soul ,Also she made me  reprogram my daily schedule to bring more productivity and to attract positive energy into my life I was flabbergasted how counselling can actually rewire our entire life. This is my Personal Feedback on my Healing sessions with Ms.Apoorva. I had approached her with certain anxiety issues, I was unable to speak up or talk infront of new people that I would come across. I felt extremely conscious heavy and anxious when I tried to put forth myself. I would hangout with people for hours and not speak a word, feeling anxious and heavy end of the day. I took self healing sessions with Ms.Apoorva and it did really help me. The sessions helped me deal with underlying issues of my past. I feel way more lighter and less conscious. It has helped me deal with my anxiety.I would really like to extend my gratitude toApoorva for helping me to overcome my anxiety and help me feel more confident.
