In the event that the user is unable to attend a session booked for a specific date and time, Full Circle shall not be responsible for providing a refund. However, Full Circle shall make reasonable efforts to reschedule the session at a time that is convenient for the user.
If the session is canceled due to any technical error, unavailability of a specific counselor, or any other reason attributable to Full Circle, we shall reschedule the session at a suitable time convenient for the user. Rescheduling of sessions is only possible if the client informs us at least 5 hours before the scheduled start time of the session. However, under such circumstances, Full Circle shall not be obligated to refund the fees paid for booking the session.
